CALL TO ARTISTS

COVID-19 RELIEF FUND ONLINE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION

CultivARTE passionately believes in Laredo’s artists, art accessibility, and community engagement. Art is needed now more than ever, especially during times of adversity.

With the help of our community, we have raised funds to support local artists who have been impacted by the necessary preventative measures established to slow the spread of COVID-19.

We invite Laredo and Nuevo Laredo-based artists to submit their work for a cash award.
Four artists will be awarded a cash prize.

-Three prizes of $600
- One prize of $800

Submissions are reviewed and selected by a jury.

Additionally, this open call will serve as a platform to share local artists’ work with a virtual audience.

Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2020, 11:59 p.m.
Selected entries will be announced on April 12, 2020.
