Cultivarte Laredo's 2021 V-AiR Artist Alexa Hernandez (April-June) is joined by guest artist Diego Canales, currently an artist-in-residence at The Printing Museum in Houston, TX, in a conversation about their residency experiences.

Alexa and Diego talk about issues around ceramics; including how they got into ceramics, art vs. craft, sustainability, its importance, presentation, and the future of ceramics. They also share about their current work at their respective residency programs, what's in store for the future of their work, and maintaining discipline for their studio practice.
